Key Features
- Reliable pop-open closure — the reverse flap fold locks tighter under shelf handling than a same-side tuck.
- Full-panel print surface on all four sides for shelf-ready branding.
- Window die-cut option so buyers see the product without opening it.
- Low-MOQ custom sizing, cut to your product’s exact dimensions.
- Premium finishing — foil, spot UV, and embossing available on the same carton.
- Free die-cut setup, no plate charges on any order.
What Makes a Tuck End “Reverse”
On a straight tuck end box, both the top and bottom flaps fold from the same side. On this style, they fold from opposite sides — the top tucks toward the back, the bottom toward the front (or vice versa). That opposite-direction fold is what gives an RTE carton its familiar pop-open action and a tighter, more tamper-evident seal than a same-side tuck, which is why it’s the standard on cereal boxes and most cosmetic and supplement cartons.
Materials and Board Weight
Most run on 250–350 gsm C1S SBS paperboard — coated on the print side, uncoated on the inside, giving sharp color with a clean interior. Heavier products move to E-flute corrugated for extra crush resistance. Uncoated Kraft board is available for a natural, recyclable look on food and wellness lines.
